KPI
KPI (Key Performance Indicators) is a universal, quantitatively measurable indicator of the results of a particular activity.
KPI is actively used in a variety of industries and areas: business, advertising, marketing, management, etc.
Using the KPI coefficient, you can calculate a number of key indicators:
- Result
- Costs (amount of resources expended)
- Productivity (ratio of result to time spent)
- Efficiency (ratio of result to spent resources)
- Functioning (as far as the real process corresponds to the optimal algorithm for its implementation)
Key performance indicators are a popular and generally accepted way to monitor the productivity of personnel (employees, departments, managers), advertising, marketing or other campaigns, projects or business as a whole. You can calculate the KPI of literally anything, up to individual promotion channels, or even compare the KPIs of several advertisements.
KPI is a very important indicator for the processes of planning, control and motivation of personnel, which helps to measure the effectiveness / performance of many key indicators.
