Integration Crocotime by API

Crocotime is an automatic time tracking service designed to monitor the efficiency of staff work and calculate the time spent on performing certain tasks in certain programs. It consists of two parts: CrocoTime Agent for employees (monitoring program) and CrocoTime Server for processing the received information and displaying it in the form of text or graphics. Crocotime monitors the activity of input devices (keyboard and mouse) when a program window or browser tab is open. After 5 minutes of inactivity, it stops counting working time until the next active action in the program or tab. The service can transfer this data from the agent to the server via a local network or the Internet, so it is suitable for monitoring both full-time and remote employees. The system is easily integrated with IP-telephony, ACS, corporate calendars and POS-terminals via API. Compiles automatic reports on the facts of violation of the working day regulations. It is possible to configure the service to track not only work on the computer, but also other activities using time tracking. Crocotime monitors the work efficiency of all employees of the client company and forms an appropriate rating for them. Also, through it, you can see which programs this or that employee opened during the day and how much time he spent on each of them. The service is offered in two versions - cloud and local (with installation of all elements of the system on the client's server).
