Enterprise Web Account Manager is a corporate platform for organizing access to external services and applications. Includes three key areas: browser extension, server application and database. The former is supported by all modern web browsers and is installed directly on employees' computers. It guarantees a fast and secure connection to the required service and automatic filling of authorization data. Enterprise Web Account Manager captures logins and logouts, as well as actions and inactivity of the user in the account. The service does not store personal information and communicates with the server application using the HTTP/HTTPS standard. The second component of the platform is a server application that is uploaded to the server of the client company and manages all accounts, applications and web services. Using this module, you can distribute access rights, get complex statistics, it is also closely interconnected with the database and manages browser extensions. Finally, the third component of Enterprise Web Account Manager is a database, it is also installed on an internal server and all information related to the system is placed on it. In particular, the database stores statistics on the use of services and passwords to accounts protected by AES-256 encryption. Various database formats are supported, including SQLite, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
