PlatoForms allows you to easily and quickly convert PDF files into downloadable and online forms. To do this, the user needs to download the selected PDF (editable or read-only) through the web interface. At the next stage, a drag-and-drop editor will open, with which you can easily create professional forms for downloading or working online. The constructor preserves the original design of the downloaded PDF file, allowing you to convert documents with virtually no changes to their structure and appearance. The finished form can be distributed using different methods: by embedding it on the website or sending it as a link.
PlatoForms tools also help you generate online forms from scratch without using PDF files as templates. Then they can also be shared via a link or by publishing on the website. As soon as a client or subscriber fills out and submits the form, the service instantly accepts and processes this data, converting it into a PDF file with a custom design. Then this document with the completed form is automatically sent to the email address specified by the user. Other features of the platform include the Master Form option, which allows you to generate multiple PDF files based on just one form.
In addition, here you can create workflows involving forms through the Workflow tool, and also send invitations to fill out forms. Separately, it is worth noting the PlatoForms API interface; technical documentation for it is located here: https://apidocs.platoforms.com/. With its help, developers will be able to connect the service with third-party systems for automatic data exchange. Also, this procedure is available to every user without programming skills, thanks to the capabilities of the no-code service connector ApiX-Drive.
