The Sakari cloud service is used by businesses to create and manage SMS campaigns for customers and employees. With it, entrepreneurs can automate the process of sending various types of messages, notifications, and reminders. The service is optimally suited for marketing purposes, as well as for informing and serving customers.
Sakari allows you to send outgoing and receive incoming SMS through a built-in dashboard or a third-party CRM system by synchronizing data. The interface has a built-in database of contacts, and there is also the option of flexible campaign management. In it, you can plan a mailing schedule, set up resending messages, etc. There is also the possibility of connecting mobile and landline numbers of different countries and regions to indicate them as a Sender ID.
Sakari sends notifications to users via app, Email, Slack, or other method if the recipient has responded to the received email. The platform also allows you to launch SMS mailings via e-mail (Email to SMS function) and MMS mailings, there is also an answering machine and the ability to manage groups of phone numbers.
The platform provides a RESTful based SMS API that uses JSON for requests and responses. To use this option, you need to get a Client ID and an API key required for authentication using the OAuth 2 protocol. Detailed instructions for enabling API integration and technical documentation for it can be found here: https://developer.sakari.io/
The ApiX-Drive no-code service connector helps you connect Sakari functionality to many third-party systems without programming skills or additional tools. You just need to connect accounts in the selected systems and allow automatic data exchange.
