Monday.com has developed its own CRM

The platform, known as a system for organizing workflows, introduced a specialized service for automating customer relationships by sales departments.

The Monday.com service, positioned as Work OS, that is, a platform for automating all processes that may arise in the course of a business, has decided to expand its capabilities. A specialized Monday Sales CRM solution has been launched, the benefits of which will be available to sales departments.

Monday Sales CRM will be the first solution from Monday.com in a number of similar products. In the future, the platform plans to introduce several more similar solutions are planned to appear, in particular, marketing automation services, project management, software development, etc.

Among the advantages of the new CRM, its creators note the availability of a large number of ready-made integrations with business services, including email services, as well as an easy-to-learn operating principle that does not require programming knowledge or other technical skills. In addition, users have access to ample opportunities to customize both sales processes and after-sales service.
