Premium subscribers of X now have the option to read brief summaries associated with each trending story displayed on the "For You" tab. This page highlights news and stories trending on X's platform, including content popular within user networks and other recommended topics. It serves as a primary destination for X users seeking to stay informed without extensive browsing of their timelines.

The concept of condensing trending information into summaries is not entirely novel, as Twitter previously implemented headlines and descriptions for its trends in 2020 under different management, albeit without AI assistance.

Named Grok's Stories, these summaries cover all significant news featured on the "For You" page. The availability of the xAI chatbot, Grok, is promoted as a key benefit of purchasing a premium subscription.
