Callexa Feedback is a user experience management service that helps businesses track customer opinions about their products. At the heart of its functionality is a one-click polling system created on the basis of the NPS (Net Promoter Score) method. The platform offers customizable survey templates that can be easily integrated into email newsletters. Companies can change different elements of their design, adapting them to their corporate identity.

In addition, Callexa Feedback provides the ability to change the content of standard templates by adding additional questions and evaluation options. The service supports sending out surveys in automatic mode and is able to notify users of new reviews about the company and its products by displaying notifications on the dashboard.

Callexa Feedback has 4 tariff plans, including a free Starter tariff that allows you to send up to 50 surveys per month. The Small plan includes up to 500 surveys, and also contains a number of additional features: automatic link generation, web widget, data export, etc. Other tariff plans are also available here: Medium (up to 1000 surveys per month) and Large (up to 5000 surveys).

Another feature of the service is its RESTful API interface ( https://www.callexa.com/api/doc/index.html ), which allows you to develop integration with third-party software for automatic data exchange in the JSON request format. The maximum throughput of the API is 100 requests per minute; to connect the integration, you must go through the authentication procedure and obtain an API key.
